Your initial consultation is complimentary. We'll take a thorough history, complete appropriate assessments including 3D upper cervical imaging if warranted, and give you a direct read on whether NUCCA is likely to help your specific situation. If NUCCA isn't the right approach for your case, we'll tell you directly and help point you toward appropriate resources.

Do you have a waiting list for new patients?

Typically no — we're able to schedule new patient consultations within 1-2 weeks in most cases. Book online or call for current availability.

Do you take walk-ins?

We're an appointment-based practice — please schedule in advance so we can give you Dr. Schallmann's full attention. Same-day appointments are sometimes available; call to check.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible. You can call, email, or use the Appointlet link to reschedule online.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

NUCCA care requires in-person examination and 3D imaging, so we don't offer virtual initial consultations. However, if you have questions before scheduling, you're welcome to call and Dr. Schallmann can discuss whether NUCCA might be a fit for your situation.

Where should I park?

Ample free parking is available directly outside our building in the Overlake Business Center. No permit or validation needed.

Is the office accessible?

Our office is on the ground level. The front entrance has a short flight of stairs. For wheelchair, walker, or mobility-device access, please use the ground-level entrance at the back of the building. Accessible parking is available near the back entrance.
